Service Description
Collections is a powerful automated platform that enables you to build your own online signups, and it collect funds on a recurring basis with multiple payment methods:
- Debit Order collections. The first time your customer signs up they will process their online Debit Order Mandate (or DebiCheck mandate).
- Recurring Visa & Mastercard. The first time your customer signs up their card is tokenised and the next payments are processed without any further input from them.
- Instant EFT collect. Once your customer does an online signup they are sent a monthly payment reminder with a link to enable them to make a payment from within their own internet banking login, all beneficiary details are automatically done for them.
Your funds are automatically paid out after they have cleared:
- Three days after for once-off transactions, and
- Seven days for recurring card and debit order transactions.
If the amount is smaller than R500 then it will be paid out at the end of the month, or upon your request for payment.

Service Pricing (Excluding VAT)
Debit Collect Pay published Service Fees are on the Debit Collect Pay website, we reserve the right to amend the published fees from time to time.
- Once we have processed your application we will email your Term Sheet for your signature for you to confirm your acceptance of our terms and your pricing.
- Volume based pricing: Clients qualify for the next tier pricing the month after that threshold has been achieved.
Notice to Terminate
A notice period of 30 days is required in the event of termination of recurring collection services, with due consideration that Customers may dispute a Debit Order up to 40 days after the collection date and non-3D secured Card up to 120 days after the event.
Service Fees
Debit Collect fees are either collected by offset with net-settlement, or alternatively collected monthly in arrears by Debit Order.
